Today in class BSG felt like it just dragged on! I thought this segment was a lot more interesting than the one we saw the other day in class. I thought it was much more action packed although some parts still kind of bored me and made me not want to pay attention. I liked how the writers/creators also made the main characters survive the Cylons outburst of bombs. Having the main characters survive something devastating like that always makes me like the show more. However I didn’t necessarily like the ending. At first I thought that the main commander was really going to take them to earth. But when he was talking to the president after he made his big speech to the survivors he said that he didn’t know how to get to earth. This made me angry because I really thought that they were going to live and survive. I left class a little bit before the show was done and so I don’t exactly know how it ended. I hope that it ended up that they figured out how to get to earth and will live amongst other humans. Other than that I thought, overall, that they show was very dragged out. I thought the writers/creators could’ve had the same story line and plot and made the actual show a lot shorter. That might’ve been a better plan because there were many parts where I thought this show was just so boring and I didn’t really pay attention.

  1. The earth part was kind of cute and clever I think. It made me smile at least. My guess is that since this is a mini series that the next part would be that they find out that earth is actually not just a legend and that it's real and they go to find earth. Then again...idk what "mini series" entails so maybe there isn't really a next part...
